Arrival:

The rooms are available at 2.00 p.m.

Please be so kind and let us know in case the time of your arrival is later that 7.30 p.m. There will be a cold plate prepared for you instead of the dinner.

 

Departure:

We beg you to leave the room by 10.00 a.m.

 

Cancellation:

In case of a cancellation we proceed according to the General Terms of Conditions for the Hotel Industry.

We don’t charge for a cancellation prior to 3 months of arrival.

In case of a cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the price.

If the cancellation is stated between one month and 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.

The cancellation fee is 90% of the price in case it is stated less than one week prior to arrival.

 

Dogs:

We heartily welcome dogs in our hotel.

Nonetheless, it is vital to tell us in advance if you are planning to take your dog along.

Dogs are neither allowed in the dining rooms nor in the spa.

We reserve the right to charge you for any damaged caused by your dog.

We gladly inform you about the best paths to walk your dog. But keep in mind: dogs have to be kept on a leash!
